Welcome to DueIn. By downloading, installing, or using the DueIn mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using any part of the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the App.
2. Purpose of the App & Disclaimers
DueIn is a utility application designed to help private, peer-to-peer (P2P), and small business lenders keep track of customer details, calculate repayment schedules (EMI, Flat, Reducing Balance, Interest Only), and log payments.
- No Financial or Legal Advice: DueIn is not a bank, microfinance institution, financial planner, or legal advisor. The App is a digital ledger tool. All interest calculations, payment due dates, and amortization tables are for informational and tracking purposes only.
- Compliance with Local Laws: As a lender, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your lending practices, interest rates charged, terms of repayment, and debt collection methods comply with all local, state, and national laws (including usury limits and consumer lending regulations). DueIn assumes no liability for illegal lending practices by its users.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use the App, you must log in using a supported Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

While we strive to ensure 24/7 database synchronization and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that data will never be lost due to technical failures, database service interruptions, or force majeure. You are advised to periodically backup your critical record history.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, code, UI design, layout, graphics, and branding within the App and website are the exclusive property of DueIn and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal or business ledger management in accordance with these Terms.
