To provide a smooth, flexible lending management platform, we collect two main categories of information:

• Account Information: When you register or sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture URL. This is used solely to authenticate your identity, create your isolated user account, and personalize your experience.
• Lender and Transaction Data: You manually enter customer names, mobile numbers, loan amounts, interest rates, payment schedules, and repayment history in the App. This data is securely stored and isolated to your account. We do not perform any third-party background checks, credit scoring, or customer KYC.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To authenticate and manage your user account.
• To calculate loan interest, track outstanding balances, and generate payment schedules based on your inputs.
• To trigger local in-app alerts and notifications about upcoming or overdue collections.
• To maintain database sync with our secure cloud database service (Supabase), ensuring you can access your data across devices.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is highly important to us. All account and lender transactions are securely synchronized with our backend database hosted on Supabase. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Access to the database is restricted and protected by row-level security mechanisms ensuring only you can read or write your customer and loan records.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We believe your business data should remain private. DueIn does not sell, trade, rent, or share your data or your customers' personal/financial details with any third parties, advertisers, or marketing agencies. Data is only processed to the extent required to host and run the application services.

5. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions to operate correctly:

• Notifications: To show you local reminders when customer dues are today or overdue.
• Internet: To sync your local data with your secure Supabase database cloud.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may edit or archive customer profiles and loan entries directly in the App at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated customer and transaction records, you can do so directly within the App's settings drawer or submit an online deletion request. 7. Children's Privacy

DueIn is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
